Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your 14-day free trial requires no payment details. At the end of the trial your account moves to the Free plan automatically — we will never charge you without your explicit consent.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is always retained.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account moves to the Free plan. You can export all your data via Settings → Data Export. If you delete your account, data is permanently purged within 30 days.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — Pro and Clinic annual plans save approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed upfront.
