Set up your first online booking page in 3 minutes
April 7, 2026 • 3 min readYou do not need an IT team or a training session to start taking online bookings. The setup is deliberately short, and you can share your link the same day. Here is the full path from sign-up to your first confirmed appointment.
Sign up with your email or phone number. There is nothing to install and no card required during your trial. Once you are in, you land directly on your dashboard.
Open the availability panel and add the hours you actually want to see patients. You can set different hours per day, block out holidays, and add buffer time between visits so back-to-back appointments never overlap.
Enter your clinic name, specialty, and address. These appear on your public booking page and help new patients trust that they are in the right place before they book.
Copy your personal booking link from the dashboard and put it wherever patients already find you — your website, your social profiles, or a QR code on a business card. The moment someone books, you receive a confirmation and the patient gets an automatic reminder sequence.
That is the entire setup. Most doctors go from sign-up to their first online booking on the same afternoon.
